With over a decade of experience driving digital transformation across public sector, private enterprise, and institutional ecosystems, he shapes strategic direction, partnerships, and market presence for complex innovations that matter globally. He is widely recognised for his ability to translate cutting-edge research into deployable systems - particularly in digital assets, distributed ledger integration, sovereign systems design, and regulatory frameworks. He actively participates in governmental and European regulatory working groups shaping blockchain and digital asset policies. He ensures that what the group imagines can survive contact with reality.

Vytautas has always been drawn to the foundations of systems - cryptography, decentralisation, and the idea that technology should return control to individuals and institutions, not quietly take it away. He leads the group's core technology environments, including cybersecurity, high-security computing, and the hardware infrastructure that underpins advanced distributed systems. His work spans infrastructure architecture, secure system design, and the operational environments required for high-assurance technologies. He pushes the group to design systems that are transparent by nature and resilient by design. He also guides the Super3 Studio venture incubation programme, where he oversees the transition of advanced research and engineering work into scalable platforms and standalone ventures.

Linas brings the perspective of a researcher and educator, with a strong focus on AI, sustainability, and people. With a background in computer science and academic research, he has taught and conducted research at Vilnius University across data modelling, blockchain systems, and AI innovation. He is often the one asking the harder questions: not just whether something can be built, but whether it should be, and what it teaches those who build and use it. He leads the group's research agenda and advanced technology exploration through SH? Labs, guiding work on artificial intelligence, distributed systems, and next-generation computational models. He keeps the group's thinking long-term and human.
